While Art and Cindy continue their visit to a family reunion in Kansas, life goes on. Not very exciting for us just yet, as Jay and I have to stay until the foot doctor cuts me loose! Hopefully by October 14th, because we’ve got plans, baby!
It’s been rainy for a couple of days here. Around the Great Salt Lake, the clouds hover just above the lake:
And it hangs on the tops of the mountains:
But in the distance, the sun is fighting through the clouds:
I’m finishing this post after my doctor visit. All staples were removed, and I have one more week in the boot. Then a final follow-up! I’m looking forward to having a shower without a plastic cover on my foot and to wearing my shoes again!
